  • OzyHomes is assisting the Commonwealth Government with an assessment under the EPBC Act.

Threatened Species Protected

OzyHomes is committed to the ongoing protection of Threatened, Vulnerable, Endangered, and Critically Endangered Species. 

  • OzyHomes has received expert independent advice from ecologists that the project design protects threatened species on the site,
  • No species will become further endangered or extinct due to this project. 
  • The Grey-headed Flying-fox, and the Swift Parrot will be undisturbed.

Ecological Refuge Protected

OzyHomes will not be removing any ecological refuge for any species effected by the 2019 bushfires.

  • We at OzyHomes understand the impact of the bushfires and recognise the importance of maintaining good ecological health. 
  • No ecological ark or ecological refuge will be damaged in the construction of the Manyana Beach Estate.
